Refund policy
We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us. If there is an issue, please contact us at hello@saltlickonsaltcreek.com and we will find a way to make it right.
If you registered for one of our experiences, your payment locks in your spot, and if something comes up, no worries! We’ll happily refund you the full amount if you let us know you can't make it 96 hours prior to your event. If you cancel with less than 96 hours prior to the event, we will only refund $50.
